At Nobel Carpets, we manufacture sajadah carpets to the same standard of craftsmanship and material quality that we bring to every product we make — and we supply them at the scale that mosques, institutions, wholesalers, and exporters require.

Our sajadah range is produced entirely at our own factory in Bandung, Indonesia, using yarn manufactured in-house at our sister company Albany Spinning Mills. We offer three construction types — Wilton woven polypropylene, Axminster woven wool, and Chromojet-printed nylon — each suited to different applications, budgets, and market requirements.

We work primarily with wholesalers, distributors, mosque procurement teams, hajj and umrah organisers, Islamic institutions, and export partners supplying Muslim-majority markets around the world. Custom designs, private label, and institutional branding are all available.

Our Sajadah Range

Wilton Woven Sajadah — Polypropylene

The most widely specified sajadah construction, and our most popular product in this category. Wilton weaving produces a structurally strong, dimensionally stable carpet with consistent pattern definition and excellent durability under the heavy, repeated use that mosques and prayer halls demand.

Our Wilton sajadah is produced in polypropylene — a material that offers outstanding resistance to moisture, staining, and wear, making it ideal for high-traffic worship environments that require frequent cleaning and long service life. Traditional Islamic geometric and floral motifs are woven directly into the carpet structure, producing colours and patterns that hold their integrity over years of use.

Available in wall-to-wall broadloom, pre-marked prayer row rolls with individual prayer space delineation, and individual prayer mat formats. Custom colourways, motifs, and institutional branding available.

Axminster Woven Sajadah — Wool

For mosques, institutions, and procurement teams that require the finest possible specification, our Axminster woven sajadah represents the premium tier of the range. Produced using our 80/20 certified New Zealand wool and nylon blend — with wool spun in-house at Albany Spinning Mills — Axminster sajadah delivers a depth of colour, richness of pile, and quality of finish that no other construction can match.

Axminster weaving locks each tuft individually into the backing, producing a carpet of exceptional structural integrity with intricate pattern capability and up to 8 colours per design. The natural properties of New Zealand wool — resilience, softness, natural soil resistance, and superior dye uptake — make it the most prestigious choice for grand mosques, royal prayer halls, and premium institutional installations.

Available in wall-to-wall broadloom and custom cut formats. Minimum order 500 sqm. Custom design, motifs, and institutional branding available.

Printed Nylon Sajadah — Chromojet

Our Chromojet-printed sajadah is produced on a machine tufted nylon base using Zimmer Chromojet high-pressure digital injection printing technology — the global benchmark in carpet printing. Dye is injected directly and deeply into the pile, producing vibrant, highly detailed designs with exceptional colour saturation and long-term fade resistance.

Printed nylon sajadah offers the greatest design flexibility of the three construction types — capable of reproducing intricate Islamic geometric patterns, architectural motifs, calligraphic elements, and photographic-quality imagery in up to 16 colours. It is also the most cost-effective option for large-scale supply, making it well suited to wholesalers, distributors, and bulk procurement programmes.

Available in wall-to-wall broadloom, pre-marked prayer row rolls, individual mat formats, and custom area rug sizes. Custom designs and institutional branding available.

Supply Formats

All three construction types are available in the following formats:

Wall-to-Wall Broadloom — Continuous roll format for full mosque or prayer hall installation. Cut and finished to project dimensions on site or at our factory.

Pre-Marked Prayer Row Rolls — Broadloom rolls with individual prayer spaces delineated within the design — simplifying installation and organising worshipper positioning in larger prayer halls.

Individual Prayer Mats — Cut and finished individual sajadah in standard or custom sizes. Suitable for bulk supply to institutions, hotels, hajj and umrah programmes, and retail distribution.

Custom Design & Branding

Nobel Carpets offers full custom design capability across all three sajadah construction types. Whether you require a standard Islamic motif in a specific colourway, a completely original pattern, or a design incorporating institutional branding, logos, or Arabic calligraphy, our in-house design team can develop production-ready artwork from your brief.
